Terms of Use
UPS Power Monitor for macOS and UPS Monitor for iOS are distributed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). This page is aligned with the Terms shown in the mobile app and App Store listing.
1. Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you acknowledge and accept the Apple Standard EULA.
2. Subscription Terms
Cloud monitoring subscription terms are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription automatically renews unless Auto-Renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the application is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
